In order to form an international chapter, a number of requirements must be met. This includes having a minimum of 20 IDA members within the regional boundaries of the proposed Chapter, and confirming at least five (5) total members willing to serve as a leader on the Chapter Board (two Chapter Board members must be Operators, two must be Suppliers, and the final Chapter Board member may be any member type).
