IDA hosts live webinars 1 - 2 times per month using Zoom/online teleconferencing.
Topics include a detailing track (detailing skills, techniques, product/equipment updates, etc.) and a business-related track (business development, marketing, social media, inventory, hiring/employees, safety, etc.)
Members of IDA can register at no cost for all live webinars! Non-members can register for $25 per webinar.
Each live webinar is worth one (1) continuing education credit toward certification maintenance.
In addition to live webinars, IDA also hosts quarterly Member Q&A Calls and quarterly virtual Town Halls.
